Spork is a globally inspired green conscious mobile streetfood kitchen that you'll see at events and at various regular daily locations. Spork features Executive Chef Jeff Hunt (most recently of Marz Bistro) and The Grove crew. Spork aims to deliver exciting and inspired delicious global eats at daily prices with a green sensibility that includes sourcing ingredients locally, using organic veggies and humanely raised meats, using green materials from servingware to cleaning supplies, and composting and recycling. We use Coast Range Organics or Draper Valley NW natural chicken and Carlton Farms natural Oregon pork, beef from Redmond Smokehouse, and produce from Paradise Produce, local farms and regional distributors, organic where possible.

Spork is housed in a renovated 1962 Airstream Tradewind and was renovated using many found and used materials. Spork has an eye toward the delicious streetfood traditions all over the world mixed with the bounty of local ingredients. We're available for special orders, events, and catering.
